During my PhD research studies in lockdown, I found that risk-taking is a behaviour affirming the risk-taker intuitive thinking or gut feeling caused by the perception of crisis or insecurity.
Risk Management aims to prevent risk and its negative influences in comparison, Crisis Management aims to minimise the loss and damage from uncontrollable crises and risk-taking made by decision-makers.
Unfortunately, human has over 100 thinking barriers to failure in decision-making accuracy even though computerisation helps to improve. Therefore a Philosophy of Doctor (or Dr) has a professional qualification who has contributed to the knowledge by researching a specific area successfully. Nonetheless, it is not every PhD Researchers have life experience in their research topics.
Besides MBA graduation without a first degree, I am qualified as a PhD Researcher to be a Lecturer in 2020 during the lockdown. I am a creative problem-solving and result-driven Director with 13 years of leading hybrid project teams to innovative strategies in bid-winning projects within change and risk management.​

Partnership with the China Shenzhen International Airport Group for 5 years of hotel management and managed a service counter at the VIP Terminal Building.

Partnerships with Intercontinental HK Hotel, Mexan Tsing Yi Hotel, Four-Points by Sheraton Hotel, Bissell Inc, Wolverine Worldwide, Payless Shoesource, Sacmi, Ricoh, Hyundai and so on.

Worked collaboratively with a public sector to improve stakeholder relations and raised 90% aspirations and well-being of young adults in 3 years.
Change and Risk Management

Achieved change readiness and risk management by advising a local church to innovate a virtual meeting platform before announcing the lockdown.

Successfully founded a fleet management eCommerce during unemployment in the 2004 pandemic and raised B2B/B2C sales target by 200% in 3 years to transform into a market leader SME.

Applied online payment platforms to achieve credit control and simplified the invoicing/accounting process by 90% for an eCommerce startup.

Successfully innovated technology communication to achieve financial controlling and worked hybrid for offices in Hong Kong and China seamlessly to invoice overseas clients precisely.
Marketing and People Management

Interview filming with St Albans Mayors and the Lead Councillor to persuade the influencer marketing strategy and video-powered retail marketing. It resulted in 1000+ followers and engaged with 3500+ targeted customers. Nevertheless, the LibDeb party gained 50 over 56 seats in the recent election in St Albans was unexpected.

I was a Consultant for St Albans Citizen Advice Bureau, UKHK, UK Welcome Refugees, Birmingham Chinese Methodist Church and individual NGOs in tendering the HK British Nationality (Overseas) Welcome Programme.

I organised meetings with 10+ local churches, charities and local governments in the UK to raise their awareness, preparedness, and readiness of millions of newcomers from Hong Kong since the summer of 2019.
